Minutizer is a multicultural, multi-product fintech company with 3 major products sold B2B and B2C under multiple brands serving different industries from telemedicine, esoteric, adult entertainment and fitness.
We designed and operate the only pay-per-minute billing system focused on Skype and Discord. We bring the payment where real human interaction already happens on Instant Messaging applications.
What we need your help with:
KYC:
- Review new customer accounts and verify their identities
- Assess the risks associated with customers
Identify patterns in customer behavior- Assist in the organization's efforts to prevent money laundering and other illicit financial activities
- Review customer accounts for suspicious financial transactions
Payments:
- Perform billing and customer service-related activities supporting the company's business operations
- Ensure payments time-frames are handled efficiently and accurately
- Understanding of the billing and customer service activities
General:
- Work in a team environment, while establishing and building strong relationships both internally and externally to promote company vision and goals
- Learn processes and procedures in a timely manner and adapt to changes
- Analyze and answer inquiries from internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively work with all stakeholders to implement improved processes
- Address/Resolve escalations
- Complete administrative tasks and perform other related duties as assigned
- Work in a team environment, while establishing and building strong relationships both internally and externally to promote company goals
- Comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and performance standards
What we’re looking for:
- University graduate
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Very good English proficiency
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in financial/banking environment
- 1+ years of experience in KYC and/or Billing/Payments related fields
- Availability for 2 weekends/month
To be successful you’ll need to:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- General understanding of Microsoft Office Suite of products including, but not limited to Excel and Word
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment
