About the Role:

We are looking to bring on a highly capable Chief of Staff to our Chief Strategy Officer & CFO. This person will work closely with the executive leadership team and play a vital role in providing strategic guidance and support in various areas of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, project management, growth, financial analysis, and operational optimization for clinical and non-clinical initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Do:

Growth

  • Develop and execute on strategic growth plans for your division
  • Oversee Home physician engagement for the region
  • Maintain and grow hospital partnerships
  • Partner with clinical teams to deliver quality modality education for patients

Project Management

  • Track and monitor high priority clinical and non-clinical initiatives for strategy owners and identify any obstacles
  • Communicate initiative status to leaders, pulling in other leaders or team members as necessary
  • Oversee project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company
  • Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives
  • Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
  • Research, benchmark, analyze data and make recommendations

Clinical

  • Ensure development and implementation of policies, procedures, and resources to help patients assume responsibility for their own health maintenance
  • Drive clinical and operational outcomes
  • Identify and lead high-profile strategic clinical projects

Financials / Operations / Teammate Development

  • Report financial and operational statuses to executive leadership team
  • Oversee meeting preparation and creation of meeting materials
  • Analyze clinical opportunities
  • Achieve productivity ratios as well as budget targets for operational goals through the use and/or implementation of the appropriate tools
  • Participate in budget formulation across division; monitor staffing and patient loads
  • Provide decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Education: bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, computer science, or related field; graduate degree in a related field (preferred)
  • 8+ years experience driving healthcare operations, strategy, and development at healthcare, clinical, or provider organization strongly preferred
  • Strong EQ and professionalism as a representative of the Chief Strategy Officer & CFO
  • Track record of exceptional analytical problem-solving and high efficiency
  • Excels in demanding environments. Experience with financial modeling a plus.
  • Fast and thoughtful. Delivers results at both high velocity and high quality
  • Team-oriented, while being proactive and self-directed. Needs to be able to engage and effectively drive results across multiple stakeholders (in-person and virtually)
  • Being able to prioritize, take initiative, communicate clearly, and manage many projects and workstreams simultaneously

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1668 S Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801
  • The annual total compensation target pay range for this role is: $200,000 - $250,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
