We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator with an outgoing and positive can-do attitude, experienced in sales (preferably in the consumer goods field).
You will be reporting to the President and Marketing Manager to assist them with managing the outside sales force, building relationships with key accounts, and performing other sales and administrative duties as assigned. The Sales Coordinator will also work cross-functionally with the team to handle Amazon account related tasks. It is important for someone in this role to be a great communicator, have a solid understanding our products and target market, and know how to sell.
Your responsibilities include:
Account Management:
· Consistently communicate and follow up with accounts to increase sales
· Log sales calls and account details for sales team in CRM
· Provide customer service to customers on any potential issues
· Coordinate key account routing information with warehouse and import staff
· Assist in creation of sales presentations, quote sheets, and other needed sales materials
· Assist in Maintaining and building relationships with existing customers to provide an exceptional brand experience
· Fill Out Quote & Spec Sheets for Customers
Sales Communications:
· Coordinate samples to send to reps and rep groups for them to use on the road
· Organize sales rep & trade show information for sales team
· Draft and send out rep updates 1-2 times/month to keep reps updated on inventory, order status, and other company updates
· Host rep training meetings with sales team for all product releases
· Provide sales reps with sales sheets, media assets, and other tools
· Assist President/Marketing Manager with various tasks
Trade Show Coordination:
· Manage all trade-show related tasks from organizing any needed paperwork to designing the layout of the booth
· Coordinate trade show supplies and samples to ensure they get sent to event
· Attend & work at the trade shows
Requirements:
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Excellent organization skills, being able to juggle multiple tasks at once
· Have the ability for problem solving
· Work well under pressure
· Experience in B2B environment
· Computer and software skills - high proficiency in Outlook required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other office software required.
· Able to work well with multiple departments (marketing, sales, operations)
