Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Ensure all sales transactions are appropriately processed, and customer information is up to date
- Persuasively upsell services that best meet the customer's needs and assist in achieving sales targets
- Bring a bright and inviting energy to each customer interaction and assist them with finding the best products and services
- Overcome customer issues and resolve any questions they may have professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Become knowledgeable on all company processes, procedures, and products to property provide customers with the best experience possible
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship and oral communication skills
- Ability to achieve tasks within a specific turnaround time
- Ability to work effectively in situations characterized by continual change
- High school diploma required
- Previous customer service, sales, and client relations position is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
- Patient and empathetic in challenging situations
