OB/GYN PRACTICE:
Bozeman Deaconess Women’s Specialist is seeking to add a 6 th Obstetrician/Gynecologist to their group. This is an employed position with Bozeman Deaconess Health System.
Bozeman Deaconess Women’s Specialists provide: Birth control, including permanent birth control with Essure Treatment for incontinence Cancer screenings and prevention Cholesterol screenings and control Family planning services Female sexual health Infertility treatments Gynecology Treatment to reduce heavy bleeding: Novasure Menopausal health Treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction Pelvic pain therapy OB care
Candidates must be board certified in obstetrics and gynecology committed to providing state-of the-art medical services. Currently our physicians provide care with special emphasis in pelvic pain, infertility, prolapse/incontinence and related gyneco! logical concerns, breast surgery and a full line of obstetrical care. W! e're your only locally owned Ob/Gyn group in Gallatin Valley.
Work Hours & Call:
This is a unique opportunity to enjoy all aspects of Ob/Gyn and the Bozeman Lifestyle. The work schedule would be a 4 day work week with 1:6 call.
Office Facility: It is a beautiful 14 exam room including two ultrasound rooms and two procedure rooms. A large office with incredible mountain views. The office is attached to the hospital for ease of access. Staff includes: 4 RNs, 1 LPN, 1 PA, office staff and a patient care tech Equipment: Two ultrasounds with a new one being purchased 2012, Novasure, two colposcopy, two leeps , Essure, Urodynamic , and lots of instruments.
PATIENT DEMOGRAPHICS/ PROCEDURES:
- Clinic patients are about 15- 18 patients per day
- 8-10 deliveries per month and 8-10 surgeries a month
- 86 bed facility
- 6 Labor & Delivery suites with 2 additional triage ! beds
- 16 Postpartum private rooms
- Level 2 Nursery
- State of Art rooms which have the GEQS charting and physicians are able to read fetal heart strips at home.
- Maternal Newborn Nursing staff where ranked by Gallup with a satisfaction score or 4.53 on 5 on the scale which are some of the highest in the country.
- Ob only scrub tech to help expedite C-sections.
- Onsite Breast feeding Educator and Women’s Physical Therapist
- 7 ORs with one dedicated C-section OR
- 8 ICU beds
- 3 Pulmonary Care/Critical Care physicians 24-7 coverage, 24-7 hospitalist coverage
- 27 new ER beds and 3 ER Triage Beds
- 6 bed progressive care unit
- Approximately 23,000 ER visits per year and 1200+ births a year
