The nurses in the OB/GYN Department will be responsible for applying evidence-based nursing practice to the care of women over the course of their lifespan. This involves the integration of education and research into the pr! actice through the application of standards and guidelines. Data collection and assessment are used to establish goals and priorities in accordance with patient care, staff needs, and organizational objectives. Nurses are accountable for the quality of care rendered.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Montana state license as a Registered Nurse
OB/GYN experience, preferred
Certification in an area related to women's health care preferred or ability to become certified within two (2) years of employment
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered
CPR certification

Billings Clinic’s OB/GYN department offers comprehensive services for women's health for all stages of life. Our women's health specialists include obstetrician/gynecologists and a maternal-fetal medicine specialist for high-risk pregnancy care. We have the only fellowship-trained specialists in Montana and Wyoming providing gynecologic oncology care for the treatment of reproductive tract cancers and reproductive medicine , fertility care and in-vitro fertilization. We are seeking an experienced RN to join our OB/GYN team and support a busy OB/GYN practice. Will provide patient care and education, telephone triage and general office support.
The successful candidate will be empathetic and passionate about women’s ! health. A BSN is preferred.
