Job Description

Supervise the daily operations of the Emergency/OB Department Registration areas. Oversee departmental employee duties as they relate to registration and patient flow, including but not limited to assisting in the registration process to expedite patient flow when necessary. Assist Manager with staffing, performance monitoring and improvement and employee performance evaluations. Will be required to participate in shift rotation.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree preferred. Medical terminology preferred. Two years progressive leadership experience required. Three years Patient Access/Revenue Cycle experience highly desirable. CPAT and/or CPAM encouraged.
